The Transportation Operations Process Leader is responsible for contributing to and executing strategies within the team or organization. They play a key role in identifying and leading developments of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products within the transportation operations domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and lead developments of new procedures, techniques, or services within transportation operations.
- Collaborate effectively within immediate team or work domain to maximize job impact and personal learning.
- Lead and execute improvement initiatives, including the delivery and start-up of new systems.
- Conduct root-cause analyses to address discrepancies between expected and actual results.
- Identify and address gaps in processes proactively, prioritizing and eliminating losses and inefficiencies through digital systems.
- Build capability by creating learning programs, coaching, and training team members.
- Collaborate with technical experts, other functions, and manufacturing sites to develop optimal solutions.
Job Qualifications
Education:
- Have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistics, Operations Management, Other Business Administrative or Engineering Degree or (other related degree and/or work-related experience).
Job Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of prior experience in transportation operations or logistics is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify, define, and analyze alternative courses of action.
- Ability to develop technical skills with Transportation Management System and SAP.
- Demonstrated ability to work under limited supervision and determine own priorities.
- Strong project management skills, with a focus on detailed planning and execution.

Starting Pay / Salary Range: $85-$115K
Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
