In this role as an Office Manager, you will be a critical component to ensure our facility (excluding manufacturing and IT-related areas) is both a conducive and comfortable work atmosphere for our employees.  You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our bakery’s infrastructure.  You will help manage an environment focused on health and safety, while ensuring we are following security policies, guidelines and requirements.

How you will Contribute:

  • Enjoy event organization, coordination and management.  Including product launches, celebrations, VIP visits, Town Halls, etc.
  • Manage the bakery’s Employee Store.  This will include managing the store finances, inventory, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).  Additionally, you will have the opportunity to engage with our employees while working at the company store, supporting our 24 hour operation.
  • Coordinate and monitor the daily cleaning, maintenance and repairs for the site infrastructure (cafeteria, pantry, office area, internal mailing etc.), ensuring all vendor service levels are met.  You will have a keen sense to know when to escalate and how to follow up on any unresolved issues.
  • Serve as the Executive Administrator to our Plant Director. Responsibilities include; managing expenses/PO’s (for the bakery and the Director), purchases while adhering to company standards and policies.
  • Coordinate a warm welcome to our new Core (hourly) employees by providing them uniforms, locker assignments (reassigning as necessary), maintaining locker codes.  Design an engaging environment where our Support teams can thrive.  Seating arrangements will be done with a special emphasis on space optimization.
  • Support the facilities requirements for factory/office-related projects, including managing office shipments, transportation expenses for employees, and overseeing/coordinating maintenance and repair activities.

  • Previous experience in facilities management
  • Solid understanding of Budget/Budget monitoring

Education / Certifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Preferred)

Job Specific Requirements:

  • Outstanding Organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • 5S knowledge
  • Resource management
  • Proficiency in MS Office (i.e. MS Excel and MS Outlook)
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Front Office Manager, Administrative Assistant or Office Manager (Preferred)
  • SAP knowledge (Preferred)

Work Schedule:

  • Monday thru Friday (8am – 4pm)
  • Flexibility required

Salary and Benefits:

  • The anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $85,000; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results. In addition, Mondelēz International Company offers a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance coverage, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education-related programs, paid holidays and vacation time, and many others. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.
