Hybrid Pricing Analyst Intern bei Integrity Express Logistics

The Pricing Analyst Intern is responsible for developing and managing pricing strategies with a focus on sourcing carriers and supporting the sales team with pricing strategies. To be successful in the role, you need a blend of analytical skills, market knowledge and effective communication skills. This position will support our Enterprise Team in the Tampa, FL office.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement pricing solutions for multiple customers on the account.
• Identify, evaluate and maintain relationships with carriers to develop a network of reliable carriers.
• Provide recommendations for cost reduction and pricing adjustments based on detailed cost analysis.
• Assist the sales team in obtaining and evaluating quotes from carriers. Ensure that quotes are accurate, competitive and meet customer requirements.
• Stay up to date on market trends, competitive pricing and industry standards.
• Maintain and manage pricing databases, ensuring accuracy and data is up to date.
• Generate reports on pricing performance and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with the sales, finance and operations teams to address pricing inquiries and provide strategic insight.
• Engage with key clients and partners to negotiate pricing and provide data driven justification for pricing decisions.

Requirements:

• A current student majoring in, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Finance or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
• Familiar with data visualization tools and database management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both oral and written.
• Strong analytical skills
