Our Product team is the beating heart of MYOB. From discovery through to delivery plus Data and Insights, it’s made up of a broad and multi-disciplined group of specialists focused on designing products that help our customers optimise their business potential and creating best-in-class customer and user experiences.
The opportunity
You’ll be responsible for leading a critical area of MYOB’s Enterprise solutions, focused on delivering valuable, viable, and innovative solutions for our largest customers across payroll and workforce management. You’ll be responsible for a focused product line, ensuring end-to-end ownership of the product lifecycle. This includes shaping the product vision, driving discovery and delivery, and continuously improving the customer experience through cross-functional collaboration.

The Role
As an experienced Product Manager, you will be responsible for continuous discovery and delivery throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring solutions are both valuable to customers and viable for the business. You will take end-to-end ownership of your product area, shaping the product vision, setting measurable goals, and driving cross-functional collaboration to achieve meaningful outcomes. Proven ability to prioritize customer impact, manage stakeholders, and self-motivate is essential.

- Demonstrated ability to develop a product vision and strategy that balances short-term opportunities with continuous discovery practices, ensuring solutions remain aligned with evolving customer needs and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Experience leading continuous discovery efforts by engaging with customers to validate ideas and ensure solutions are both valuable and viable.
- Proven capability to process and translate complex customer and stakeholder needs into technical requirements, collaborating closely with technical teams to ensure feasibility.
- Track record of working within empowered, cross-functional teams in an agile development environment to deliver impactful solutions.
- Knowledge of payroll systems, workforce management solutions, or enterprise software is advantageous, with a focus on delivering high-value enterprise solutions.
