Hybrid Medical Scientific Liason MSL bei LFB

WHAT TASKS WILL YOU BE GIVEN?

Reporting to the General Manager, you will have responsibility to execute the medical education strategy in the different therapy fields aligned to the Brand Plan strategy of the products commercialized in Mexico. Ensure all employees working in the field are properly trained and give the correct messages to the Health Care Professionals, with full compliance of the ethical and practices code of conduct.

In this role, your main tasks will be :

• Responsible of continuous training of LFB personnel in the products, clinical therapies and indications as well as local practices. Guarantee that all sales & marketing employees and establish individual metrics of product and applications knowledge.
• Develop training materials as required to stay up to date
• Field work with sales executives to ensure proper messages are provided to the different HCPs and that training knowledge is applied properly in the field. Report as required to Commercial Director or GM on field activities and clinical mentoring in the field.
• Ensure people in the field utilize LFB training tools and materials in the most effective way. When identified, provide training to distributors sales force
• Establish relationship with HPCs and identify opportunities of KOL and Speakers for LFB Products in different therapy fields. Be up to date in local practices, market trends and competition activities. Participation in medical conferences and events of different levels, ensure that LFB speakers are aligned with product messages
• Attending local and international congresses and seminars aligned to the Brand Strategy. Building relations with Education leaders of different institutions and participate in local and/or regional academic sessions to support LFB strategy
• Complete activities reports. Overall time expected to be in the field and travel 80%
• Active collaboration with internal areas in planning and execution of Product Brand plans and review of materials as required

WHICH PROFILE DOES THIS OPPORTUNITY REQUIRE?

You have a Medical Degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience in medical scientific affairs in the health care/pharmaceutical industry and you have the following skills :

• Problem solving capacity and results oriented to meet team objective

• Oral and communication skills. Strong listener and facilitator
• Project management skills
• Fluency in English
• Curiosity for learning and implementing new ways of teaching and facilitating training sessions with different experienced forums
