Job Description

1-3 Years:
High School Diploma required. Associates Degree
or Equivalent Experience preferred  
 

Warehouse and support staff ensure smooth delivery and pickup of inventory and equipment while adhering to program, practice and operations guidelines.  Roles often include inventory management, budgets and reporting, fleet management and safety. Breadth of scope ranges from supporting individual programs, project or processes at warehouse to supporting contractors in the field. These roles tend to be more internal-facing than client-facing, although people in warehouse roles will occasionally have direct client, customer or trade ally communication and contact.

Key Responsibilities:

Learn the techniques and process to demanufacture appliances according to EPA standards
Assist in the baler operation
General computer skills
Unload appliances from truck into the warehouse using appropriate safety techniques 
Sort components into appropriate recycle bins and categories.
Use appropriate safety techniques to ensure proper disposal of refrigerants and parts.
Local or regional travel required on an occasional basis. Work with driver on occasion to pick up scheduled appliance routes.  Secures warehouse, equipment, and data from damage or theft. 
Maintains a clean and safe working environment.
Inspect products for defects and damages.
Preform inspections, cleanings, and minor maintenance on equipment.
All other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

$17.85 - $24.00

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
