Hybrid Industrial Engineer bei NXP Semiconductors N.V.

We are looking for Industrial Engineer role in preparation for the formation of the joint venture of NXP and VIS, known as VSMC.

Job Duties:

• Capacity planning and management.

• Tool Productivity improvement.

• Capital investment evaluation and control.

• Fab space layout planning.

Job Qualification:

• Bachelor degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Business, or related engineering field is required.

• 5+ years of experience in Fab

• Global mindset, Self-motivated, high personal standard,

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Programming skills, knowledge about IC process and logistic flow are preferred.
