As a Scrum Master, you dedicate yourself to one of our industry-specific solutions. As a Scrum Master you coach the team towards self-steering, fostering continuous improvement following Scrum best practices. You also contribute to the implementation of the team’s backlog to enrich the functionality of the OMP Industry Solution in a robust, innovative, and scalable way.

You are responsible for:

• Organizing and facilitating the team’s Scrum ceremonies, ensuring the ceremonies are conducted effectively and the team follows Scrum practices.
• Removing blockers for the team by following up on KPIs, leading effective retrospectives, and tracking feedback.
• Coaching the team to adopt Scrum best practices, helping them to improve their self-organization, collaboration, and performance.
• Collaborating closely with the Product Owner, ensuring the product backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and understood by the team.
• Translating functional requirements into technical industry-specific solution designs and algorithms.
• Writing code that lives up to our high-quality standards, compliant with the most recent standards in the technology.
• Collaborating closely with software and quality assurance test engineers, analysts, consultants, and technical writers.
• Maintaining and supporting developments according to user feedback.
