Our team is part of a larger Global Consumer marketing organization, and we partner with our digital, creative, brand, eCommerce, DTC and consumer insights teams to elevate the bar for marketing at Resmed. 

 

Let’s talk about the role 

 

The eCommerce Marketing Manager should possess a strong combination of marketing expertise, technical acumen, and analytical skills. They should be comfortable managing e-commerce campaigns across multiple channels, leveraging data to optimize performance, and ensuring a seamless customer experience that drives sales and retention. Skills in platforms, analytics, customer insights, and marketing automation are crucial to excelling in this role.  

 

  • Campaign reporting - Create an eCommerce Channel Marketing Campaign Report that tracks each campaign’s success, relevant KPIs, and key performance metrics. Interpret data, analyze results, and provide ongoing reports with analysis to help inform future marketing spend and uncover insights of new trends to optimize our marketing strategy 

  • Project Briefs - Write creative briefs and manage creative development processes with internal or external creative agencies 

  • eCommerce management - Develop a holistic understanding of our business, our customer’s businesses, and the data available to translate into actionable insights that uncover barriers to purchase and help identify future growth opportunities 

  • Visual Content Strategy: Working collaboratively with our creative teams and partners and understanding the importance of visual for storytelling (e.g., images, videos, infographics) for e-commerce success and implementing updates to our eShop and partner stores. 

  • Sales & Conversion Metrics: Tracking key e-commerce metrics such as Conversion Rate (CR), Average Order Value (AOV), Cart Abandonment Rate, and Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV) 

  • Online Sales Funnel Optimization: Understanding the e-commerce customer journey for Resmed products with the multi-platform differences, from discovery to checkout, and identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates 

  • Trends and Technologies- bring new thinking to new trends or platforms to evaluate for consideration 

  • Collaboration- Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional partners such as digital marketing, product, legal and regulatory.  

 

Let’s talk about you 

  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent field 

  • 3+ years consumer marketing experience

Employees accrue three weeks Paid Time Off (PTO) in their first year of employment, receive 11 paid holidays plus 3 floating days and are eligible for 14 weeks of primary caregiver or two weeks of secondary caregiver leave when welcoming new family members. Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.  

 

This role is eligible to receive an annual cash bonus payment based on company, business unit, and/or individual performance.  

 

Base Pay Range for this position:  

$113,000 - $169,000

   

For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
