Let’s talk about the Role:
We are seeking a Global Revenue CRM Product Manager to lead and support CRM initiatives across our enterprise. This role will consolidate CRM requirements from various business functions to establish global priorities and influence the CRM Center of Excellence backlog within the Global Technology Services (GTS) team.
The Global Revenue CRM Product Manager will act as a strategic business partner, ensuring that CRM development aligns with enterprise-wide business needs and priorities.

Strategy and Initiative Alignment
Coordinate with business leadership, units, and functions to align CRM initiatives with broader business objectives. Identify opportunities to leverage technology for process transformation, operational efficiency, and enhanced employee experience.
Collaborate with key stakeholders across Sales, Service, Marketing, GTS, and the broader organization to gather insights and ensure that technology solutions support our evolving business priorities and goals.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Collaborate and coordinate with all Revenue regional teams to drive alignment on CRM initiatives across global sales and service teams.
Work closely with regional Revenue CRM teams to ensure consistent implementation and adoption of CRM processes across all global regions. Promote a unified approach to CRM strategy, ensuring that regional needs and nuances are addressed while maintaining overall alignment with enterprise objectives.
Lead efforts to standardize and harmonize CRM processes across different business units and regions. Facilitate cross-functional workshops and meetings to gather input, share best practices, and ensure that the Revenue CRM initiatives are aligned with the global business strategy.
Serve as the primary liaison between business units, Marketing team, and the GTS team, ensuring alignment on CRM priorities.
Lead communication and change management efforts by ensuring transparency regarding project and enhancement request prioritization, while fostering alignment and engagement across stakeholders.
Establish and lead a CRM Change Control Board to manage global CRM request prioritization and governance driving cross-functional collaboration to align CRM strategy with business goals and operational needs.
Communicate and advocate for business-driven CRM priorities to influence the backlog of the CRM Center of Excellence.
Requirement Discovery, Backlog Management
Enable process improvement by identifying inefficiencies, evaluating system capabilities, and recommending technology solutions that enhance effectiveness and streamline workflows.
Partner with business leaders, GTS, and other stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions aligned with organizational priorities.
Collect, consolidate, and assess a backlog of CRM requirements from all business functions to develop a global prioritization framework.
Monitor CRM delivery velocity, adoption and business impact, reporting progress and providing recommendations for enhancements and optimizations.
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in CRM product management, business process management, or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
Strong understanding of CRM systems and enterprise-wide technology solutions.
Experience in global CRM program governance and stakeholder management.
Proven ability to collaborate across multiple business units and drive alignment on priorities.
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to advocate for business needs effectively.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and backlog management.
Experience working in a matrixed organization and managing competing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
Experience with Salesforce.
Experience with Jira or Asana.
Prior experience working within Revenue, Sales Operations, or Customer Service functions.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into CRM requirements and strategies.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
Subject to the absolute discretion of the company, this role may be eligible for an annual cash bonus payment based on company, business unit, and/or individual performance.
At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is:
Total Base Pay Range
$175,000.00 - $264,000.00 USD Annual
For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
