What can you expect?

In 18 months, you build up knowledge for your target function as Relationship Officer and get to know other business units. You will not only expand your professional expertise but also develop your social and personal skills through exciting seminars, such as the onboarding week in Liechtenstein, and interactions with internal and external experts. A particular highlight is the two-week seminar in Singapore, where you will gain insights into Asian Private Banking and work on a joint project. During your time as a graduate, you will be accompanied by an experienced mentor who will support you in your professional and personal development. In alignment with our sustainable corporate philosophy, you will have the chance to commit for a social project. In your future role as Relationship Officer in the CH BA Onshore Basel, we focus on the following tasks:

• Act as a supporting partner to Relationship Manager in managing client relationships, providing comprehensive advice in a broad range of products and services whilst working toward specific individual, team and market asset and revenue targets
• Support Relationship Manager in continuous developing and managing the client portfolio with focus CH Onshore
• Act as a sparring partner to Relationship Manager in delivering tailored solutions and services supported by a holistic advisory approach for high-net-worth clients
• Act as a supporting partner in deliver best-in-class specialist knowledge and product expertise in developing solutions for clients
• Act as a brand ambassador
• Actively cooperate and exchange with internal specialists to provide best client solutions
• Ensure compliance with regulations, guidelines and standards as a contribution to an effective risk culture

Requirements

• Current bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance or International Management
• Excellent command of German and English
• Strong customer orientation and proficiency in conveying information and ideas effectively to various audience
• Competence in identifying issues, analyzing situations, and developing effective solutions
• Willingness to consider new ideas, perspectives, and experiences, and to challenge existing beliefs or assumptions
• Ability to work and deliver effectively within and across teams to achieve common goals as well as contributing to a positive atmosphere
• Identification with LGT and its values
• Interest in a long-term commitment to LGT
• High affinity for advising wealthy clients
• Ability to innovate, initiative and commitment with high quality standards
