Looking for experienced Baristas to join our first cafe in the US!

We are looking for responsible, hard-working and positive-minded individuals to join our team and open our first US location!  The ability to quickly multi-task while maintaining composure and a high standard of operations is essential.

Responsibilities

Craft high-quality coffee and espresso beverages.

Provide outstanding customer service.

Maintain a clean and professional appearance.

Engage with customers in a friendly manner.

Always maintain composure.

Demonstrate reliability and punctuality.

Serve beverages and food according to company standards.

Conduct equipment checks daily and report any maintenance needs.

Regularly clean, restock, and organize the store.

Complete opening, closing, and side-work tasks.

Manage cash transactions.

Communicate promptly with management regarding any issues.

Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals.

Guide and train new hires.

Maintain a positive work environment.

Comply with health and safety regulations.

Skills

Previous work experience as a Barista

Knowledge of sanitation regulations

Flexibility to work various shifts.

Basic math skills

Basic computer skills

Ability to gauge customers’ preferences.

Passion in taking care of customers and making them happy.

Excellent communication skills
