Job Snapshot
As the PMM lead for services, this position will work very closely with a wide variety of stakeholders - services leaders, customers, marketers, sellers, product management, designers, and our customer success group. The product marketer will contribute directly or indirectly to the goals of other roles, including service revenue, pipeline, awareness, customer experience, win rate, and churn. Additionally, this role will also contribute to Mindtickle’s overall product marketing goals and initiatives including analyst relations, pricing and packaging, GTM support, competitive intelligence, and messaging.
