- Provide leadership and support to the budgeting, forecasting, and reporting process for Manufacturing Capital and Construction Material spend including headcount, operating expenses, and capital expenditures
- Develop and communicate plans, reports, and analysis to all relevant manufacturing/construction teams. Support continuously changing scopes and designs with strong initiative and a proactive attitude
- Demonstrate strong presentational reporting and formulated financial calculations which drive positive change to the manufacturing and construction processes
- Consolidate and analyze financial data including reconciliations, period-to-period variance analysis, establishing relevant KPI and cost targets, analyzing operating cost changes with insightful explanations. Develop annual operating plans and provide monthly financial forecasts
- Review purchase requests, purchase orders and invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial planning and reporting
- Provide objective business consultancy, business case assessments and financial guidance to all operating stakeholders
- Partner closely with all internal stakeholders and operating teams to provide clear financial inputs and provide guidance on operational decisions
- Additional ad-hoc assignments and projects supporting departments across the organization including month-end financial reporting, longer-term Business Plan development, benchmarking, and process analysis
- Provide new perspective to identify and propose opportunities for improvement across processes and business functions
You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or other related business field
- At least 4 years of relevant experience
- Finance Analyst experience at a Tech, EV, or Automotive highly preferred
- Outstanding ability in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly high proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
- Proven technical, quantitative and critical-thinking skills, high level of independent judgment, initiative and creativity to identify and clearly communicate key performance drivers to senior management
- Experience utilizing ERP system and Business Intelligence tools to support forecast updates, analytical review of actual results and annual budgeting processes; preferably experience with SAP/S4 HANA
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) – preferred
