Job Details
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for existing and new employees.
Create and maintain training materials that are aligned with current best practices.
Assess training needs through surveys or consultation with managers
Conduct regular audits to identify process inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Provide feedback to employees and management on training outcomes
Develop and execute change management plans to facilitate smooth transitions during organizational changes.
Uses training methods and technologies to enhance the learning experience
Act as a mentor to new employees to facilitate their integration into the program.
Standardize processes and content across departments to ensure consistency, efficiency and sustainability
Develop a repository of standardized procedures and best practices.
Lead, develop and schedule management training sessions, including but not limited to Manager Compliance Trainings, new manager training, etc.);
Management and oversight of all SOP/ Work Instructions, Program Forms and Letters;
Management of the Program Training Matrix;
Oversight of corporate training assessments and acknowledgements;
Prepare and participate in internal and external audits;
Review, identify and analyze trends;
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum University Degree in Business Administration, Science or equivalent experience;
Science / healthcare background an asset;
Minimum of 3 years' experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech or healthcare-related industries;
Experience with Patient Support Programs considered an asset
Minimum 2 years of People management experience
CPTM certification considered an asset
Experience in quality control/ training considered an asset;
MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Advanced knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution industry
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Effective interpersonal, organizational skills; attention to detail and leadership skills
Ability to consistently meet deadlines
Excellent problem-solving skills; ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
Excellent presentation skills
Knowledge of Articulate 360, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Office Programs
