We are actively hiring for an Insurance Product Analyst Intern! This summer, we are looking for motivated individuals looking to begin a career in our Personal Lines and Product Management division to support our Product Strategy & Development team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to provide analytical and statistical insights with data to support strategic projects. 

 

CSAA Internship Program: As an intern, you will participate in an 11-week summer internship experience with an emphasis on hands-on learning and real-world immersion into our business. Our interns participate in professional development and job-specific training and plenty of networking opportunities to gain deep understanding of their role and department while also broadening their knowledge of CSAA’s business. We offer an Intern Hackathon, executive meet and greets, community service opportunities, and social bonding activities to help you stay connected.

 

Internship Details: The anticipated dates of our 2025 summer internship will be May 19-August 1. This role is open to both remote or hybrid based out of our Glendale, AZ office. The anticipated hourly rate for this role is $29.50.

 

Essential responsibilities

 

·       Gain exposure to Product Strategy & Development by evaluating impacts of business changes across our footprint, proposing solutions to business challenges, aid in developing product changes, and doing competitive analysis

·       Work on a capstone project throughout the summer related to insurance product management that requires the use of real data, analytical tools and software, and then present the story behind the numbers to senior management

·       Receive career development and support from an assigned mentor to grow your statistical and analytical skills and business acumen

·       Gain exposure to large datasets using tools such as SAS, SQL, and various statistical programming languages, and develop your data visualization skills using Power BI

 

Ideal Qualifications

 

·       Current undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a quantitative or analytically focused degree

·       Rising juniors and seniors ideally graduating December 2025 or May 2026

·       Interested to begin a career with a focus on statistical analysis

·       Previous exposure or experience with coding and/or statistical software

·       Analytically minded with a sharp eye for details

·       High-energy and high-impact individual who is enthusiastic to learn new concepts

·       Self-motivated and results-oriented with a commitment to self-development

·       Strong written or verbal communication skills with ability to effectively communicate in front of others.

·       Must have authorization to work indefinitely in the US.
