A bit about your role
In your new role as the Field Operations Site Coordinator, you will work with internal and external stakeholders to provide support and govern specific team aspects. You will maintain integrity and be responsible for site storage, material movement and cleanliness of warehouse, technical rooms and provide safe passage throughout entire warehouse and training area.
You will also be required to assist in Fleet movements and to do small project coordination and other administrative work. You’ll be a member of a collaborative team, where you will contribute to, positively support and be part of a high-performance team culture to successfully deliver on the nbn and team purpose, strategy, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
A bit about you
If this sounds like the role for you, it’s likely that you have experience working with cross functional teams. Possessing strong communication skills, this role will require you to work closely with nbn groups, relevant external contractors/suppliers and third parties to provide a consistent engagement point for the Field Operations team.
The ideal candidate will have the confidence to act with a high degree of autonomy and under pressure, engage with internal and external stakeholders across a broad spectrum of Business units and ability to present to audiences confidently and professionally. You will be highly organised, with excellent communication skills, adaptable and will thrive in an atmosphere of change.
