About the team and role
EDB’s Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) team spearheads EDB’s efforts in brand management, digital marketing, content/social media marketing and events and partnerships to establish Singapore as a trusted location for international investments.
[What you will be working on]
We are looking for a highly driven, and motivated Digital Marketing Senior Associate to join the BMC team in building Singapore’s online presence as the preferred destination for businesses and talent and grow with us.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional global teams (Content Marketing, Integrated Campaigns, Brand, and Industry Groups) to design experiments and engaging user experience to increase conversions from SEM campaign, websites, and email programs, driving qualified leads with the potential to convert.
As such, this role requires a combination of creative and analytical skills to identify areas of improvement, execute tests, and deliver actionable insights to drive promotional excellence and progressive growth strategies.

The position reports to the AVP of Digital Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Agency Collaboration and Project Management:
Liaise with appointed digital agencies to implement web enhancement projects, integrated search and email programme optimisation.
Ensure timely and effective stakeholder engagement throughout project lifecycles.
Manage project timelines and deliverables to meet agreed-upon deadlines.
2) Industry Research and Testing:
Conduct regular landscape reviews to identify industry best practices in digital marketing.
Design and implement A/B tests for website and email marketing campaigns.
Analyse test results and apply insights to improve marketing strategies.
3) Support Integrated search strategy (SEM and SEO):
Conduct keyword research to inform content development and website optimisation.
Create and oversee the production of SEO-friendly content
Analyse keyword performance and ROI to optimise spend and ROI.
4) Email Marketing Optimisation:
Support all aspects of email campaigns, including i) Template designs & email orchestration on Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement ii) copywriting and content curation iii) A/B testing & optimisation iv) review existing email marketing workflows and processes and identify avenues for improvement
Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices & privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
5) Data-driven recommendations
Utilise analytics tools like SEMRush, Adobe Analytics, HotJar, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement and others to generate reports and gather insights on digital channel performance
Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance digital marketing tactics.

To succeed in this role, you will need an agile mindset and a strong desire to lead with purpose.
A diploma/degree in marketing, business, statistics, or a related field is required. Agency experience is welcome.
At least 2 years of relevant working experience. Some agency or B2B marketing experience is preferred.
Singaporean or PR.
