About this role 

 

As the DevOps/Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Team Lead, you will drive the development of next-generation cloud and data security solutions. In this role, you will lead a high-performing team while remaining hands-on—designing and implementing tools for deployment, automation, and monitoring to ensure the high availability, security, and performance of our DSPM solutions.

Requirements: 

  • 5+ years of experience in operating services in AWS. 

  • Strong experience in working with micro-service architecture & cloud-native services. 

  • Experience using observability tools for log management, metrics, alerting etc.  

  • A good sense of database performance monitoring, building and setting up new infrastructure as code (Terraform, CFT, etc.) 

  • Working on ways to automate and improve deployment and related processes. 

  • Ensuring that systems are safe and secure against threats. 

  • Identifying technical problems, strong ability to troubleshoot live production issues and developing software updates. 

  • Working with software developers and software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended

Base Pay Ranges:

SF Bay Area, New York City Metro Area:

Base Pay Range: 194,475.00 - 285,230.00 USD

California (excludes SF Bay Area), Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Washington DC Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Texas, Washington, Virginia, and Alaska:

Base Pay Range: 162,375.00 - 238,150.00 USD

All other cities and states excluding those listed above:

Base Pay Range: 148,425.00 - 217,690.00 USD
