About the role:

Facilities Technology and Data Analytics:

  • Administer and maintain facilities systems and databases.
  • Generate occupancy and utilization reports
  • Support the development and maintenance of facility management systems and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Support data collection, analysis, and reporting related to facilities management.
  • Support implementation of multiple workplace technology implementation projects across APAC region
  • Liaise with technology service providers' support teams to assist end users with troubleshooting and application support.
  • Create and organize application training sessions to local site admins and end users.
  • Document system-related information, user guides and processes.
  • Provide support for property management and administration through research, filing, data entry and reporting of real estate information.
  • Participate in system enhancements, upgrades, or implementations to improve data collection, analysis, and reporting capabilities.

About you:

  • Minimum Diploma in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Business IT, or related field with minimum 1 year experience.
  • Understanding of business process mapping, master data management, integration frameworks, and system connectivity is desired.
  • Proficiency in business intelligence tools, with a preference for experience in PowerBI platform
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Excel & Power Query is a must
  • Knowledge in relational database models and databases
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge in managing ticketing system
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proactiveness - Anticipating the needs of colleagues and stakeholder and eagerness to complete assigned duties
  • Independent learner – Eagerly explore new tools, technologies, and processes; quickly learn to use new technologies as they are introduced
