AdeptHR is Hiring a Warehouse Production Specialist!
Location: Roseville, CA
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, availability for weekend work as needed
Pay Rate: $21/hr
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Warehouse Production Specialist to join our high-impact team responsible for preparing, assembling, and refurbishing Point of Sale (POS) equipment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring customer orders are fulfilled accurately, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
While this position is primarily production-focused, it offers valuable cross-training opportunities in inventory control procedures and equipment operation (including forklifts and pallet jacks), making it an ideal role for someone looking to broaden their warehouse skillset and grow within a dynamic organization.
Primary Responsibilities – Production Focus:
- Pull and prepare POS equipment orders for injection/download and shipment
- Assemble, kit, and refurbish hardware components based on client specifications
- Perform basic troubleshooting and handling of electronics such as POS units and printers
- Accurately track items using RF scanners and warehouse software systems
- Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and staging for outbound delivery
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant production workspace
- Meet daily and weekly productivity, quality, and safety goals
- Participate in team-based projects, 6S initiatives, and special event committees
- Foster a positive, team-oriented environment through regular team-building activities
Cross-Training Opportunities – Expand Your Skills:
While production is the core focus, you will have the opportunity to cross-train in:
Inventory Control:
- Perform cycle counts and bin audits
- Assist in identifying and resolving stock discrepancies
- Verify PO receipt accuracy and support data tracking
- Record product dimensions and validate labels
Warehouse Equipment Operation:
- Train to safely operate stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment
- Participate in required forklift safety training and certification
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of experience in a production or warehouse role
- Comfortable using basic computer systems (email, Excel; Oracle is a plus)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks (bending, twisting, standing)
- Ability to read and follow directions in English
- Willingness to work overtime as business needs arise
- Able to work on your feet for 8–10 hours/day
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with POS systems, injection/download, or electronic repair
- Familiarity with cycle counting or inventory audits
- Forklift or pallet jack experience (certification preferred)
- SAP or Oracle software experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to results
