Job Description:

Acumatica is seeking a Part-Time Office Coordinator (16hours a week) to support our growing team in our Ottawa office! This role is an onsite based, the person will provide administrative and logistical support to the management of our local office in Ottawa.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day activities of the office, such as maintaining employee access cards and computer equipment with IT.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
  • Serve as the main contact to the building management, including coordinating office meetings and business events.
  • Organize company events such as quarterly social events, holiday parties, weekly lunches and other team building activities.
  • Maintenance of office space and supplies, including coffee and snacks
  • Send out office communications regarding health and safety and building notices.
  • Sort and distribute mail.
  • Other tasks that require attention for the smooth running of the office

  • Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills

  • Ability to adapt to rapid change in daily responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
