Job Title: Hybrid Cloud Specialist - Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Manager with up to 14 years of experience in driving cloud transformation initiatives, specializing in Azure cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-grade Azure architectures, ensuring scalability, cost-efficiency, and operational resilience. A good understanding of Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) solutions is also essential for this role, as it will support the integration of cloud and on-premises environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Azure cloud solution engagements, including assessment, planning, migration, and implementation.
• Design and implement robust Azure cloud architectures aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
• Evaluate and recommend Azure services to optimize performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness for various workloads.
• Provide insights on HCI solutions, including on-premises deployments from hypervisors along with HCI deployment and execution experience, to enhance infrastructure performance.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to capture infrastructure modernization goals and recommend high-performance alternatives.
• Develop comprehensive playbooks and governance frameworks for Azure migration and operational readiness.
• Provide technical leadership for solutioning and pre-sales activities, including proposal development and client presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize on-premises infrastructure, focusing on virtualization and cloud integration.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and operational standards during transformation projects.
• Mentor team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with a strong focus on Azure cloud transformation.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing Azure cloud solutions.
• Good understanding of HCI solutions and their integration with cloud environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Industry-recognized certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect or equivalent are highly preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Azure services, including Azure Migrate and Azure Site Recovery.
• Familiarity with cloud migration tools and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex cloud architecture issues.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
