As Finance Assistant, you will support the finance department in managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, reporting, and reconciliation tasks. This includes processing invoices, tracking expenses, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and policies. In summary, the role is key to ensuring smooth financial operations, compliance and cost control - which is fundamental for strategic decision-making and can align with the overall business objectives. 

A little about you...

  • Relevant accountancy qualification e.g working towards AAT
  • Basic Accounting Knowledge
  • Experience with Financial Software
  • Financial analysis skills
  • Data entry 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and functions
  • Knowledge of financial regulations
  • Knowledge of business operations
  • Understanding financial statements etc
  • General business knowledge
  • Experience in a finance or accounts role is essential
