How you will impact the organization…

Workload has increased significantly in the past several months with new responsibilities being added under the Director of Onboarding & Implementation. We are actively working to drive ECFax (AFS) and ECFax NGO (non government organization) onboarding to this team along with the Unite onboarding and other eFax Corporate services. This Team will also support Clarity Prompt Engineering. This role encompasses components of project implementation, customer support, training, and product feedback. This role will also be responsible for the entire customer experience acting as a partner during onboarding.

• Effective management of all project types to include appropriate and timely external and internal reporting
• Successful implementation and compilation of all assigned projects including, but not limited to:
• Meeting CCSI project implementation standards for delivery
• Status reporting; project summarization via weekly calls/emails/meetings (internally and externally)
• Knowledge transfer engagements
• Project documentation and update of internal project tracking systems
• Coordination, scheduling, execution of customer product training sessions
• Active participation in the team scrums
• Collaboration with other team members and cross functional teams
• Continued growth in product knowledge across the entire product and solution base of the team
• Special projects as assigned by Manager
• Partnering with the Pre Sales team to support POC’s for Clarity when requested

What you will bring to the table…

• 2+ years of customer service experience with direct client interaction and issue resolution responsibilities.
• Very strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to collaborate with clients to analyze, design, recommend and document workflows.
• Aptitude to classify problems as system, training, or process and recommend appropriate corrections.
• Automation tool experience (scripting) desired.
• Critical thinking in all aspects of the role.
• Create and nurture working relationships with hiring teams and other internal stakeholders.
• Accuracy in communications with internal and external stakeholders.

You will stand out if you also have…

• Knowledge of MEDITECH, Epic, Cerner, GE Centricity, McKesson or Allscripts platforms desired
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server/TSQL and Reporting desired
• Knowledge of HL7 integration desired (experience working with interfaces)
• Programming experience, or relevant coursework
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• Active, transferable U.S. Security clearance at the Public Trust level or higher preferred

The salary range for this role is $50,000 - $55,000 USD annually. The total compensation package for this position is negotiable and may also include annual performance bonus, ESPP, enhanced time off packages and benefits. This job doesn't have an expiration date and will remain open until a qualified candidate is hired.
