Two Six Tech is looking for an Office Coordinator to join our team. You will act as the ‘face’ of our company and ensure visitors receive a heartwarming welcome. You will also coordinate front desk activities, including calls, meeting room reservations, and on-site event coordination.
 
Our ideal candidate has a solid customer service approach and is able to provide professional and friendly service to employees and guests.
 
This is an on-site position works from our Herndon, VA office with initial training in Arlington, VA.
 
What you will do:
  • Welcome guests as they arrive at the office and direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
  • Monitor stock and order office supplies and consumable inventory
  • Assist with on-site event coordination
What you will need:
  • 2+ years of front desk/reception, office management or administrative experience
  • Ability to work on site 5 days per week during core business hours
  • Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Great organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High school Diploma / GED
  • Experience using Google suite and/or MS Office
Nice If You Have:
  • Experience as an office manager or front desk receptionist
  • Experience working with vendors to order office supplies
  • Event coordination experience
  • Previous experience working for government contractor
  • Associates Degree or above
  • Active DoD Security Clearance
Clearance/Citizenship:
  • Candidate must be willing and eligible to receive a security clearance

The projected salary range listed for this position is annualized. This is a general guideline and not a guarantee of salary. Salary is one component of our total compensation package and the specific salary offered is determined by various factors, including, but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, geographic location, as well as contract specific affordability and organizational requirements.

$55,000$75,000 USD
