Lead Technical Support Specialist – Subsea Services

Bringing Technology to life

As a Lead Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for post sales support of customer issue. This can include repairs (both returns and field), technical support or a field service or other service request

As as Lead Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Owning the resolution of post-sales technical customer issues. Level 1,2,3 Technical Support – Resolves post sales Technical Issues.
• Communicating across direct organization. Presents to senior leaders in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy.
• Handling latitude in project techniques. Project process requires choosing right approaches. Employees should have technical know-how.
• Handling diverse clients in a region. Follows frameworks to get through the processes. There is room for negotiating and client specific conditions.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have at least a technical Diploma
• Have at least 4 years of relevant work experience with significant experience in technical Support/ post sales support/ project management.
• Have good experience in Oil & Gas industry with offshore experience.
• Have experience with wellhead system, subsea production system and drilling system
• Have sound experience in a client facing role
• Be a successful written and verbal communicator. Have the ability to influence others and lead small teams.
• Be able to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. Have Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
• Have an effective problem identification and solution skills. Proven analytical and organizational ability.
• Be able to work both alone and as part of a diverse cultural team.
