Product Analyst
Location: Georgetown, TX

Skillforce has teamed up with a rapidly growing wholesale and distribution company in Central Texas to recruit qualified candidates for several direct-hire opportunities. We are currently seeking a driven and detail-oriented Product Analyst to join their Product Management team. In this role, you will analyze market trends, evaluate product performance, and contribute to the development of innovative product strategies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that product offerings align with customer needs and organizational objectives.

Product Analyst Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities.

• Monitor and interpret product performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making.

• Partner with operations, sales, and marketing teams to enhance and optimize product offerings.

• Provide actionable insights and recommendations for product improvements and new initiatives.

• Support the creation of business cases and contribute to product roadmap development.

• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.

• Ensure all product initiatives comply with company policies, industry regulations, and customer expectations.

Product Analyst Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, data analytics, or a related discipline.

• 3–5 years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, or a related role.

• Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar).

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Ability to sit for extended periods (up to 8 hours per day) in an office setting.

• Occasional walking, standing, and interaction with office equipment.

• Frequent exposure to typical office noise levels, including conversations and background activity.

Pay and Benefits:
