What success looks like in this role:

• Provides Global Field Operations for a broad range of clients and/or multiple solution / product areas. • Communicates with customers to provide updates on service appointments and answer questions or concerns. • Monitors Global Field Operations documentation to identify trends, ongoing issues and areas of concern, reporting findings and improvement recommendations to leadership• Provides administrative support to Field Services teams, including organizing paperwork, and monitoring SLAs.• Ensures account specific end to end SLA management.• Assist in inventory management by coordinating necessary parts and supplies for service appointments. • Represents Global Field Operations to other internal departments, clients and external third- parties• Resolves any issues that arise during service appointments, including coordinating with other team members or departments as needed.• Refines schedules as needed.• Collaborates with other departments, such as Sales & Sales Excellence and Client Service / Support, to ensure a seamless client experience and resolve any issues that may arise. • May provide support to less experienced team members.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

High School Diploma or GED required May require technical certification or Associate Degree Generally, 2-4 years’ experience in area of responsibility
