We are searching for a Senior Technical Program Manager to oversee the development and deployment of our voice AI technology across global partnerships including top automakers. This role requires a solid technical background in Linux and Python, with C++ knowledge as a bonus. Leadership, strong project management, and the ability to work effectively across diverse cultural backgrounds are essential.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and coordinate engineering teams focusing on developing advanced voice assistant systems.
- Serve as the primary point of technical contact for international partners, managing expectations and ensuring clear communication across cultural boundaries.
- Develop detailed project documentation, oversee project scope, schedule, and deployment.
- Address and mitigate project risks, spearheading problem resolution to ensure project success.
- Foster a collaborative international work environment, respecting and integrating diverse cultural perspectives in project planning and execution.
We would love to hear from you if:
- You have a Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computational Linguistics or a related field.
- Your experience in technical program management includes Linux, Python, C++, ASR or other AI technologies.
- You demonstrated ability in leading cross-functional and cross-cultural teams, managing complex projects in a dynamic, international environment.
- You have been involved in large automotive projects.
- You speak languages other European or Asian languages.
