What You Will Do 

• Develop and / or improve training materials in order to better facilitate training, ensuring consistency, quality and up to date. 

• Manage and maintain up to date facility training databases, records and documentation in order to ensure proper tracking and reporting. 

• Conduct and facilitate trainings including orientation. 

• Conduct of assessment for certification. 

• Evaluate training effectiveness. 

• Qualifying OJT trainers. 

• Certification stamp issuance and monitoring. 

Qualifications You Must Have 

• Diploma in any discipline. 

• Minimally well versed in any 3 processes listed (Vibratory, Robotics Ops, Part Marking, Peening, Blasting, EDM, Machining) 

• Ability to facilitate solutions in fast paced, complex operations and business environment. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially excel, word and powerpoint. 

• Candidates with relevant experience in aviation sector as trainer for technical skills or compliance requirement elements. 

Qualifications We Prefer 

• Candidates with ACTA or ACLP qualification will has an advantage. 

• Candidates with experience in digital survey tool will has an advantage. 

• Strong digitization skillset and project experience in digitization has added advantage. 

• Knowledge of SAP & Workday Learning has added advantage
