Key Skills Requirement -
- 1-2 years of experience
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong listening and synthesis skills.
- A high-level knowledge of incident management best practices and systems.
- Decisive problem-solving skills.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage priorities.
- Ability to handle and perform in stressful situations.
- Ability to make quick, confident decisions.
- Previous experience with major incidents (either as a participant or an observer).
Shift Timings – 24*7 rotational shifts.
