About the Role

The role is responsible for assisting the Head of TD Sales Strategy with the development of workflows and digital tools to improve reporting quality and frequency.

Job Description:

The exact roles and responsibilities will depend on on-going projects and may include:

Design and development of alteryx workflows and tableau dashboards for reporting and sales performance analysis.
Perform UAT testing on data tables or solutions/tools before they are put in production.
Craft relevant documents such as User Guide or SOP.
Investigate and troubleshoot issues arising from databased or dashboards.
Prepare monthly reports and presentations.

Job Requirements:

Attitude and Soft Skills

Good communication skills

Willing to learn about insurance.

Specific Skills

Knowledge of SQL for data querying, manipulation, and analysis
Experience with Data Visualization (Tableau) and Alteryx or similar ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools to process and integrate data from disparate sources is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint

Learning Outcomes:

Hands-on experience on data analytics projects
General understanding of Distribution and Insurance industry
