About the Job
You will curate and oversee the presentation of products, ensuring a compelling customer experience that inspires engagement and sales.
You will be responsible for site and catalog programs to help our brand meet sales and margin goals
You will work with site merchandising, buying merchandising and planning, production, product managers to ensure products and programs are represented on the website.
Use financial reporting to identify category insights, ensuring data-driven and strategic planning to optimize performance and improve category growth in partnership with buying and planning teams.
Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality visuals, copy, and multimedia content.
Ensure that each story is relevant, and resonates with the target audience
Review site and navigation metrics, such as clicks, traffic, conversion rates, and clickthrough rates to gauge the success of category and story programs
About You
3 - 5 years in retail e-commerce and site merchandising
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
Prior experience with SAP Backoffice, Adobe Analytics, JIRA
This is a hybrid position based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on our needs.
The expected starting salary range for this role is $57,800- $91,200 per year.We may pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and our needs.
