[What you will be working on]

Your responsibilities include:

1. Lead requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and opportunities, documenting detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows whilst ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and technical constraints

2. Analyse complex business problems and processes through data analysis, workflow mapping, and impact assessments to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation whilst providing recommendations backed by quantitative and qualitative evidence

3. Develop and maintain detailed project documentation including business requirements documents, user stories, process maps, and technical specifications whilst ensuring clarity and traceability throughout the project lifecycle

4. Design and execute user acceptance testing strategies, coordinating with stakeholders to validate that solutions meet business requirements whilst maintaining quality standards and compliance requirements

5. Together with development team, provide post-production monitoring and support, and track customer feedback to iterate the product.

6. Guide and mentor junior business analysts, providing technical oversight and quality assurance of deliverables whilst fostering knowledge sharing and professional development within the team.
 

[What we are looking for]

You should have the following work experience and knowledge:

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, with demonstrated expertise in enterprise-level projects

• Proficiency in project management tools and documentation software

• Experience with Agile methodologies and SDLC frameworks

You should possess the following skill sets:

• Project Management and Business Process Modelling: Strong proficiency in business process modelling, requirements engineering, and project management methodologies

• Data Analysis: Advanced skills in data analysis and visualisation tools

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and vice versa.

• Analytical Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills, with attention to detail, able to break down complex problems, identify patterns, and draw insightful conclusions from diverse data sources.

• Stakeholder Engagement and Management: Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Technical Writing and Business Analysis: Excellent documentation and technical writing abilities. Possess expert knowledge of business analysis methodologies and best practices

• Personal Effectiveness: Ability to quickly learn new domains, technologies, and methodologies as business needs evolve.
