• Lead the design, development, integration, implementation and advisory of cyber security solutions to meet client needs
• Design, develop and integrate cyber security architectures which are highly scalable, reliable and fault-tolerant according to business requirements
• Develop appropriate methodologies, frameworks and approaches to address project objectives and increase security maturity
• Recommend security solutions to clients, using a defensible methodology
• Proactively manage stakeholder communication related to deliverables, risks, changes and dependencies.
• Support cross-function and cross-business unit projects

Requirements

Possess any of following work experience:

• 2 to 3 years of experience with technology solutions design
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure and security across AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Background in deploying and managing security controls in cloud environments
• Experience working with client stakeholders in a technical or consulting capacity

Capable of demonstrating the following:

• Comfortable with managing ambiguity
• Excellent presentation and briefing skills
• Deep understanding of Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) tools (e.g., Prisma Cloud, Wiz, Orca, Microsoft Defender for Cloud)
• Ability to configure, manage, and respond to findings from CSPM tools
• Familiarity with policy-as-code and compliance frameworks (e.g., CIS, NIST, ISO 27001)

In possession of:

• Professional certifications – e.g. AWS Certified Solution Architect or equivalent in MS or GCP; CISSP, CISM or SANS certifications Bachelors’ degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) Discipline

Possess 3 of the following:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience with the following Cloud platforms – AWS, Azure, GCP
• Design experience with two of the following IAM, SIEM, EDR, EPP, IPS/IDS technologies
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or similar tools
• Comfortable working with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)
• Experience deploying and maintaining observability tooling (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch)

Candidates will need to be able to:

• Be subjected to security investigations and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information

More experienced candidates will be considered for more senior roles.

Preferred Skills /Qualities

Other Technical Skills Preferred:

• Scripting experience in Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Familiarity with container security (Kubernetes, EKS, GKE security best practices)
• Understanding of identity and access management concepts in cloud-native environments

It is particularly advantageous to have background in design, implementation and sizing of the above cyber security solutions
