We're looking for a strategic and experienced Chief of Staff to support our CEO and executive leadership team. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for optimizing internal operations, ensuring cross-departmental collaboration, and acting as a trusted advisor to the leadership team. A great candidate will have a background inclusive of a previous analytical role, deep project management experience, and proactive team player. 

You will be pivotal in helping execute Ellevation’s strategic goals. Acting as a glue between departments, this role will support strategic projects and initiatives such as tracking progress towards 2025 company goals, communications and supporting cross-functional go-to-market efforts around pricing. You will ultimately help realize the vision of the Leadership Team. 

Executive Support:
- Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive leadership on key decisions, initiatives, and daily operations.
Facilitate effective decision-making by managing the flow of information to and from the executive office.
- If needed, can represent the LT in meetings, ensuring clear communication of objectives and gathering insights.

Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to develop, communicate, and track company strategy, goals, and priorities.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives, ensuring progress on high-impact projects.
- Assist in creating long-term business strategies and performance metrics to measure success.

Operations Management:
- Partner with department heads to ensure organizational cohesion and efficiency in all functions (engineering, marketing, sales, etc.).-
- Provide oversight on operational improvements and introduce best practices for company growth.

Project Management:
- Drive special projects as assigned by the CEO, from conceptualization to execution.
- Develop project plans, track milestones, and manage cross-functional teams to deliver results.
- Serve as a point of contact and coordination hub for various business units involved in strategic projects.

Communications & Reporting:
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring key data and insights are communicated effectively.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and staff, providing leadership updates and ensuring feedback loops are active.
- Lead communication efforts around important company announcements and changes.
