Position Summary

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Manager to support or Ecommerce Distribution Center.


Key Responsibilities

A typical day may include:

  • Understand the mechanical and technical operations of the sorter devices.
  • Troubleshoot problems and drive productivity improvements.
  • Facilitate communication among associates to ensure a continuous flow of products to and from sorters and back stock areas.   
  • Develop solid training programs for a bilingual staff that drives improvement in accuracy and productivity.
  • Develop and monitor productivity tracking methods and develop baseline goals for each area of accountability.
  • Participate in planning and coordinating remodeling activities affecting their area of responsibility. 

·         Perform usual management functions: coaching, counseling, promoting company practices/policies, fostering teamwork, preparing and presenting reports/results.

  • Other duties as required
  • Ability to understand PL Reports and WMS

Qualifications

Your experience brings:

  • Ability to handle medium physical labor while juggling multiple products at the same time.
  • Ability to reprioritize projects frequently.
  • Must have ability to multitask

 


Education & Experience

  • Able to effectively utilize basic office equipment.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as Operations Manager
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in English
  • Excellent written/grammatical and verbal communication skills.
  • Bi-lingual is a plus

Work Environment & Physical Demands

  • Typical warehouse environment with moderate level noise exposure.

 

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
  • Occasionally/Regularly lift/move up to 35 lbs. and navigate stairs
  • Frequent walking and movement between floors/departments

Compensation

Annual Range: $85,000 - $88,000
Final offer will be based on experience, skills, and qualifications.


What to Expect

Schedule: Full-time role with weekday office hours; occasional evening or weekend work may be required during peak retail seasons.
Work Location: Irvine, CA — minimum of 5 days per week in-office.
