Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with assigned Foodservice customers to communicate and implement sales strategies.
- Professionally and accurately represent USB in all customer, consumer, and internal interactions.
- Strengthen and develop existing and new business relationships.
- Attend trade shows and events to generate new leads.
- Provide timely reports, manage event calendars, and participate in sales meetings.
- Partner with USB Sales, Customer Service, and Bakery Operations to ensure industry-leading product quality and service.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with integrity and follow-through.
- Willingness and ability to travel 30–40% of the time across the United States

Preferred Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of DSD (Direct Store Delivery) experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Critical Skills and Expertise
- Working knowledge of the bakery industry, foodservice operations, or wholesale distributor sales.
- Results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Receptive to direction, adaptable to change, and eager to learn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills that build rapport, trust, and credibility.
- Professional presence in all interactions.
- Strong strategic and tactical thinking; able to perform under tight deadlines.
