This role involves identifying opportunities for new features, system optimizations, and ensuring that customer needs are met with high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience working with modern technologies and will be responsible for collaborating with various teams to drive enhancements.Location: RemoteResponsibilities:

• Develop and maintain application connection processes to enhance system integration and user experience.
• Work closely with the customer and technology leadership team to prioritize and manage application/ system enhancements and maintenance requests based on business needs.
• Implement and test new features and functionality to improve applications and integrated services.
• Collaborate with other technology teams to integrate enhancements into production systems smoothly.
• Continuously monitor industry trends and evaluate how enhancements can improve system performance, scalability, and user satisfaction.
• Ensure the proper documentation of all enhancements in Azure DevOps to track progress and maintain clarity.
• Provide technical support and training to users as new enhancements are deployed.
• Review and manage backlog items in Azure DevOps to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Write, test, and update code in GitHub to improve system functionality and address reported issues.
• Resolve and manage support help desk tickets.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to address issues that impact the system performance and user experience.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application errors and performance issues.
• Proactively monitor and maintain systems to ensure high availability and reliability.
