JOB SUMMARY:

The position will be responsible for developing new sales for HVAC and Dehumidification equipment with opportunities to bundle power rentals. The primary customer base will be General and Mechanical contractors and industrial and commercial accounts. The focus will be on temporary heating, drying, and DX air conditioning packaged with power rentals.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A college degree is preferred.
  • Must have three to five years of sales experience with a proven ability to develop new business.
  • Prior Rental sales experience is a plus.
  • The individual must have a clean driving record. 

KEY COMPETENCIES:

  • Must be detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • The ability to communicate effectively and work with customers and staff, as well as on an independent basis are both required. 
  • Must be familiar with the geographic area that encompasses this territory.
  • Requires a highly motivated and energetic personality.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; and to verbally communicate to exchange information. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
