About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring our organization attracts top talent, supports employee success, and complies with all policies and procedures. This position requires flexibility, creativity, and strong interpersonal skills to manage recruitment efforts, foster positive employee relations, and support key HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment efforts for Personal Care Aide staff, including attending job fairs, networking events, and building referral sources.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to termination, ensuring compliance and maintaining accurate employee records.
• Collaborate with managers to document job descriptions, facilitate performance evaluations, and provide coaching on HR best practices.
• Conduct employee relations investigations, address performance concerns, and recommend resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, record-keeping standards, and confidentiality protocols.
• Support COVID-19 follow-ups, return-to-work processes, and HR administrative tasks.
• Travel regularly to attend onboarding, recruitment events, training, and other essential activities.

What We’re Looking For

• Education/Experience:
  • Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field OR 2+ years of HR/recruitment experience.
• Skills/Knowledge:
  • Proficiency in HRIS/Payroll systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Other Requirements:
  • Willingness to travel regularly.
  • Valid driver’s license
