Job Summary

Oversee the duties and responsibilities of day to day maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases. Been able to ensure our HR department supports our employees while conforming to labor laws lead the travel arrangement for the employees in case they require to travel. Support the ESSA HR with all local requirements and lead the work inspection audit to ensure full compliance to local laws.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

· Organize and maintain personnel records

· Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave) · Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides

· Create regular reports and presentations on HR

· Answer employees queries about HR-related issues

· Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)

· Participate in HR projects

· Provide a minute taker in Grievance, Disciplinary and Record of Discussion meetings.

· All other duties as assigned

 

 

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:

· Office environment related experience

· Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

· Excellent communication skills

· Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail

· Problem-solving, critical thinking and analytical skills.

· Ability to build relationships within all levels of the organization.

· Desire to work in a team with a results-driven approach

· High level of discretion of confidential work and information; ability to manage critical information and sensitive situations

 

QHSE Commitments:

· Be familiar with the WIS QHSE policies and Standard and QHSE system – WISE

· Demonstrate Company leadership, in its expectations, accountabilities and proactiveness in all QHSE matters

· Adhere to all QHSE requirements and local site house rules

· Participate in all HSE Safety inspections as required
