Job Description:The position is open to San Francisco, Sunnyvale and New York City.

At LinkedIn, hybrid roles are performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. Remote roles are performed from the designated home work location upon time of hire, and any changes to this home work location requires a review of remote status and approval.
In this role, you will lead a team of front-line Global Client Executives and Senior/Lead Client Solutions Managers responsible for managing key client relationships and delivering impactful marketing and advertising solutions to our largest global customers. Your team will focus on uncovering incremental revenue opportunities, driving client investment growth, and collaborating closely with regional account teams and cross-functional partners. As Senior Sales Manager, you will coach and inspire your team to demonstrate the value we deliver to clients. You'll play a critical role in shaping business outcomes by fostering excellence in leadership, driving collaboration across internal teams, ensuring scalable growth, and surfacing insights that help refine client and market strategy. In addition to team leadership, you will work closely with our GTM Operations and Global Leadership teams on business planning and investment forecasting. This role reports to the Senior Director, Global Strategic Accounts.

The pay range for this role is $293,000 to $447,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
