Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily walk about in production areas to ensue SHE presence and visibility
• Facilitate, review and update risk assessments
• Provide guidance and support to employees on safety related matters and Weir requirements
• Manage hazard reporting and assist with investigations and close out of hazards raised
• Manage, administer, and update SHE Management System documents in line with ISO and Weir Group Standards; handle environmental requirements, including waste management, permits, and licenses.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

• Relevant National Diploma (preferably in SHE field).
• Minimum 5 year's Safety, Health and Environmental experience.
• Implementation and maintenance of the ISO 45001, ISO 14001 systems, Managing related Safety, Health and Environmental legislation.
• SAMTRAC/NEBOSH Advantageous.
• Valid driver’s license.
