Based at our Hazelmere warehouse in Perth
About the Role
Responsible for the coordination and management of product returns.
Ensuring customer collection requirements and F&P returns KPI’s are met.
Verifying the approved product returns, the returns coordinator ensures accurate stock movement records are maintained and products are receipted into the correct branch plant in JD Edwards system.
Operating in accordance with defined standard operating procedures creating and maintaining accurate written procedures and processes as required
About you
To excel in this role, you should possess:
Previous experience in a returns role or logistics environment.
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), with a focus on excellent customer service.
Good knowledge of ERP systems, such as J.D. Edwards/Oracle World
Certain level of skill in using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Excellent organisation and prioritisation
