We are 10Pearls, an award-winning digital development company, that helps businesses with QA Engineer, development, and technology acceleration. We are looking for a consultative, creative Salesforce professional who wants to flex their admin muscles using all the latest and greatest the platform has to offer to help us take our current implementation to the next level.
Responsibilities
- Write, revise, and own QA test plans for one of the product modules.
- Help define acceptance criteria and validate user stories meets the requirements.
- Create ADOs for any bugs found and then work with Developers to resolve bugs.
- Design and execute test cases with a focus on client business goals and quality assurance.
- Execute all level of testing (Smoke Functional, Regression and Acceptance tests).
- Collaborate with development teams and our functionality experts to ensure testing aligns with desired outcomes.
- Ensure the defined QA best practice should be followed.
- Maintain test data sets.
- Establish a QA Health status for the product to share during the Sprint Reviews or at the request of stakeholders
- Provide feedback on testing methodologies and suggest improvements to increase product quality and client satisfaction
- Execute automated test scripts to test the application.
- Develop and maintain software quality traceability matrix
- Support development and execution of product performance (e.g., speed, data set size) testing
Experience Requirements
- Experience using Azure DevOps
- Testing/exploiting databases (e.g., SQLite, SQL Server)
- Software product test plan development
- Agile project team development experiences
- Quality assurance planning and execution
- Software work item acceptance criteria development
- Nice to have: Experience with scripting test plans into automated tests using SmartBear
