What you’ll achieve

As the UX DESIGNER, you will enhance functionality but also create an engaging and enjoyable experience for users. This will lead to increase adoption, user retention, and overall business success.

You will:

• Conducting user research to understand the needs, behaviors, and motivations of users.
• Designing the interactions and workflows that users will experience when interacting with a product or service.
• Designing the visual elements of a product, such as color schemes, typography, and imagery.
• Conducting user tests to evaluate the design and identify areas for improvement.
• Work and collaborate with product managers, development leads and designers and translate findings into bold, actionable insights
• Champion and defend the voice of the user, and advocate a user-centric design approach
• Proactively challenging and improving the status quo by leveraging data and measurable metrics to inform and refine the design process.
• Demonstrating the flexibility to reach compromises and contribute to bringing the product to a launch-ready state, while maintaining a strong user-centered focus.
• Balancing technical feasibility, economic value, and user needs to ensure the product delivers tangible benefits for both the business and its users.

Essential Requirements

• 1-5 years of relevant experience in the field
• Experience in working within a B2B context and a background in healthcare are a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexities and meet deadlines.
• Strong collaborator, with proven ability to facilitate workshops with stakeholders including designers, researchers, product leads and engineers.
• Working proficiency in English language is required
• Fluency in the design process and tools such as Figma, FigJam & Zeroheight
• Experience in working with and contributing to Design Systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You can get your ideas across to a variety of audiences.

Desirable Requirements

• Attention to detail, patience, and aesthetic sensibility.
• Adept at planning and prioritizing tasks in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring efficient workflows and timely delivery.
• Strong sense of teamwork, understanding the importance of collective responsibility and shared goals to achieve optimal outcomes.
