The Opportunity:
CACI has an exciting opportunity for a Program/Project Operations Intern for Summer 2026 at our Sterling, VA location! This hybrid position requires approximately 20 hours per week, with the expectation that you will be in person at least 3 days a week.


Responsibilities:

• You'll work closely with a small team of CACI Program Managers and Navy Customers
• Learn about US Government (USG) contracts, proposal writing, white paper submissions and responses to USG Request for Information
• Assist in managing small programs and tracking documentation and customer deliverables
• Support invoicing and accounts payable processes

Qualifications:

Required: 

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in a relevant field of study
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Must possess great interpersonal as well as excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strict attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Outlook and MS Excel

Desired:

• Familiarity with US Government contracting processes
• Experience with proposal writing and white paper submissions
