H2 Performance Consulting (H2) is seeking a Metrics Business Analyst to provide support to the Littoral Combat Ship Squadron TWO (LCSRON TWO) Mayport, FL.  The Metrics Business Analyst will provide services to develop, collect, and analyze metrics.

The Metrics Business Analyst responsibilities will include:

• Provide best practice services to maximize data collection and provide interpretive metric and analysis across all business lines and minimize redundant efforts of ship crews and Division/Squadron staffs.
• Provide data analytics subject matter expertise
• Collaborate with other Subject Matter Experts to perform duties and provide solutions.
• Assist with the development of qualitative and quantitative reports, graphs, and charts that evaluate and measure the effectiveness of appropriate data collection, analysis, objectives and goals including trends, ranked items by performance, cycle time and analytical support for decisions and briefs.
• Provide guidance and recommendations in the design and development of tools, processes, metrics, and reports to meet the business needs.
• Provide solutions that convey complex analysis in easy-to-understand methods like graphs, charts, and tables.
• Identifying, formulating, developing, and preparing comprehensive immediate and long-term process improvement recommendations to provide continuous, effective flow of information and responses to requirements for data and analysis, and to keep up to the pace of new and emerging technologies as they occur.

Requirements

Required Education:

• A bachelor’s degree in a business discipline from an accredited United States University OR equivalent military OR commercial experience in business and analysis related fields.

Required Qualifications:

• Three (3) years’ demonstrated experience with

•         Business management and analysis

•         Preparation of high-level briefings

•         MS Access

•         SharePoint

•         MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint

• Capable of positive interpersonal relationships and possessing a team player approach
• CompTIA Security+ CE
• Fluent in oral and written English

Desired Qualifications:

·         Microsoft Certified Power BI Data Analyst Associate or higher

Clearance Qualifications:

• Must have a DoD Final Secret Security Clearance
